General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between
Vladimir Arutti, Lupinenweg 2, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany
and consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, which conclude contracts via our online shop.

A sale to entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) will not take place.

2. Subject matter of the contract

The subject of the contract is:

  • the sale of physical jewelry products

  • as well as the optional purchase of a paid membership

The membership does not include any digital content , but specifically:

  • exclusive discounts

  • Invitations to fashion shows or events

  • Gift additions to orders

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Order now (subject to payment)" button, you are submitting a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT .
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

Payment is made exclusively via the payment service providers offered in the shop, in particular:

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Stripe

  • Shopify Payments

5th delivery

Physical products are delivered worldwide to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated in the shop.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer.

6. Membership

6.1 Duration and Fee

Membership is obtained for a fixed annual fee .

6.2 Termination

Membership can be cancelled at any time .
The termination will take effect at the end of the respective term .

6.3 Extension

If no cancellation is received, the membership will automatically renew for another year .

6.4 Utilizing the advantages

Membership benefits:

  • only apply during an active membership

  • are not transferable

  • are for personal use only

There is no entitlement to specific events or gifts.

7. Customer account

A customer account may be required to use certain features.

The customer is obliged to keep their login details confidential.
In case of misuse or violation of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to block or delete the customer account.
